Business Builders Talk Radio Episode 5
Written by Jennifer Gniadecki on January 20, 2008 – 11:48 am -This week we talked about blogging for your business. We wanted to go over 20 tips that we came up with, but time constraints made it impossible to get to all 20. I think we could talk about blogging as a business tool for many weeks, but we’re going to limit it to two weeks so we dont’ get boring too quickly.
Because of my TV addiction, we had to cover this week’s Celebrity Apprentice and the lessons we as business owners can learn from D-List celebrities playing the game for charity. I think that Gene Simmons being fired was sad, and totally uncalled for, but it is also my belief that he wanted to get fired because he had somewhere else to be. He was doing the cameo on Ugly Betty the next week, after all. (Charity is nice, but he already won his charity $20k - can’t hurt to go make some cash would be my guess!)
We had a great caller this week, known on BlogTalkRadio as Preacher Politics…aka Charles wanted to know if there was a difference between a hosted site and a self-hosted site. We went over some options and how they can benefit your business. Thanks for calling in, we really enjoyed it!
This week’s Tech Corner sponsored by Succeeding Steps covered the different blog platforms you can use to create and maintain a blog.
Hope you enjoy this week’s episode, please send show ideas and questions to info@bbtalkradio.com
